Stephanie is professional, punctual, affordable and thorough. . . all the things you want in a contractor!  We had the roof replaced on our home in Franklin. Stephanie was AMAZING! From the initial phone call & on-site meeting with Stephanie regarding my roof replacement, she was the epitome of professionalism. My homeowners insurance adjustor had sent an estimate of payment after inspection & they had missed a number of items that were crucial to the repair of & longevity of the new roof. She not only advocated with the insurance company on my behalf to ensure the roof met state standards but also had the amount of the claim check for replacement reflect the necessary upgrades thus lowering my out of pocket costs. She was on site numerous times ensuring the process went smoothly & was completed in a timely manner & with the expertise that Stephanie exemplified continuously throughout the process. I would & have recommended her to everyone that needs top notch work done at a fair cost! M & M Construction is who I'll call every time I have a roofing need. Stephanie has decades of experience, is hard working, and as honest as the day is long. We first had her come out to look at our roof a year ago, because we were wondering if we needed a new one. Without hesitation she responded that we had several years of life left on the roof. More recently the integrity of the roof was being questioned by a home inspector who mistakenly reported hail damage on the roof. Stephanie was quick to answer my distress call and correctly identify the markings as cosmetic flaws only. Her smile alone makes you want to hire M & M Construction!!
