M & M Construction Group, LLC has been a dream of mine since I was a child. I was the “Daddy’s Girl” of a small flooring business owner and spent most of my free time on job sites with my father learning everything there was to learn about the flooring world AND construction in general. I grew up in Rutherford County and spent most of my summers and weekends on Tim’s Ford and Normandy Lake. As I grew up, I stayed in and around the construction industry. I took my construction knowledge all the way to Alaska where I managed the company that contracted all of the flooring installations in Alaska. In 2011, my family moved to Kansas where I helped manage residential new construction as well as building/remodeling for McDonalds in the Midwest region. I finally made my way back home in 2015. From 2015-2019, I managed my family’s flooring company — from measuring, to selling, to installing — I kept the business rolling. While a large bulk of my experience came from interior work, I transitioned to exteriors in 2019. I worked with project managers on HGTV and it lit a fire in my soul. I wanted the world to be able to see my work from the street. In 2019, I stepped foot on my first roof and was hooked. For the last four years, I have managed exterior remodels, additions and new screen rooms. During this time, I came to realize that I had a passion for insurance work. I saw where homeowners were in need of great representation and I began to educate myself about claims processes, building codes and state laws that were put in place to protect homeowners. One of the other dreams I had from childhood was being a business owner. I wanted to be a woman-owned business in an industry predominately led by men. I wanted to take all of the knowledge that had been given to me by some of the most incredible business owners and builders across the nation and build a name for myself. Here in 2023, I am making this dream a reality. I am taking my 23 years of experience helping others build successful businesses and begin doing that for myself. My goal is to build lasting relationships with homeowners to give them the home of their dreams. Whether a new roof due to age or damage, new windows to make their home more energy efficient, or designing and building a space for their family to enjoy, I want to help homeowners find the perfect solution for their construction needs.
